**Position: Senior Supplier Quality Production Specialist**
**Location: The Boeing Company, Seattle, WA**
Provides guidance for reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements. Oversees the analysis and evaluation of the quality of products, operations and processes. Guides the review of production plans. Applies advanced knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems. Guides or provides assistance in the root cause analysis of nonconformance. Verifies the accuracy of analysis results by consulting with other authorities in the technical field. Establishes process and product improvements by implementing technical initiatives. Oversees the process of problem resolution to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Provides oversight of the corrective/preventive action plans to assure timely completion. Reviews and oversees approval of Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes. Provides direction for validation of corrective action to assure causes of nonconformance has been eliminated. Monitors the groups' performance of the verification activity. Creates formal analytical reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal/external distribution. Works under minimal direction and is responsible for training and mentoring lower level technicians.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
Employer requires six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related experience in aircraft quality, maintenance/manufacturing and operational compliance within the aerospace industry.
In addition to the above, must also possess six (6) years of experience in all of the following:
+ Working with engineering applications, systems and material review board (MRB) applications, including Reference Engineering Data Automated Retrieval System-Engineering Information Delivery and/or Common Manufacturing Execution System.
+ Gathering data and performing Root Cause Corrective Actions in the aerospace industry.
+ Deploying technical manufacturing and quality principles, including process control, quality control, and continuous improvement.
+ Performing complex investigations of product non-conformance and non-compliance within the aerospace industry.
+ Line maintenance and heavy maintenance with a commercial airline performing "C" and "D" checks, and aircraft manufacture.
Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week. $121,843.00 --- per year.
