Technical discipline position responsible for process engineering in an operations support role.
+ Provide 24/7 support on blending process and filling process.
+ Troubleshooting for process issues
+ Plant blending & filling process improvement, such as complex blending, efficiency improvement, etc
+ Analysis for any failure of blending and filling batch.
+ Blending RFT (Right First Time) improvement.
+ Support MOC (Management Of Change) and projects as process experts.
+ Develop process improvement proposals for project implementation and execution.
+ Perform plant trials for process improvement and for raw material qualification
+ Support OE activities as process experts, including process safety, etc.
+ Provide process insights for plant maintenance activities.
+ Lead HAZOP/PHA as process experts
+ Maintain Plant Process document evergreen, including PFD, P&ID, etc.
+ Develop Plant Process training program and execute.
+ Work with regional and global technical team for process improvement activities/projects.
+ Share Lessons Learn and knowledge with relevant team.
+ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering
+ 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the refinery, petrochemical or chemical industry
+ Knowledge in Process Design and Engineering
+ Knowledge in HAZOP, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and engineering tools
+ Proficient in excel VBA or other data analytic software
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and across functional groups
+ Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Mandarin
+ Familiar with ASME & API codes & Standards, and have the new plant commissioning experience will be the plus
