Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Manages efforts to ensure program success for the A-10 Modernization VII Program Team including subcontract efforts. Responsible for the successful execution of requirements including, DTA support, FEM support, materials and manufacturing process testing, crack growth analysis, 3D CAD modeling (NX and Capital), and other ASIP emerging tasks as required by the USAF. Works with customer contracts, program and technical management teams to ensure cost, schedule and technical requirements are met. Leads technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for the program. Must be familiar with Fairchild drawing schema, USAF A-10 Teamcenter architecture, both NX and Capital processes, A-10 modeling specifications and validation and verification processes. Prepares and briefs internal and external PMRs.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Bachelors of Science in Engineering
7+ years engineering experience
Knowledge of Siemens NX, Capital, and Teamcenter softwares
4+ years of experience leading a team of engineers, configuration analysts, and/or logisticians
4+ years of experience with Fairchild drawing schema, USAF A-10 Teamcenter architecture, and A-10 modeling specifications
Experience establishing and maintaining best practices for use of Siemens NX, Capital, and Teamcenter softwares

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Bachelors of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience briefing internal and external PMRs and TIMs
Experience working with customer contracts, program and technical management teams to ensure cost, schedule and technical requirements are met

**MissionSE**

Salary Range: $101,200.00 - $151,800.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
