KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Third Party Compliance to join our Compliance organization.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead a team of individuals through obtaining and performing detailed reviews of documentation and evidence to inform third party typing
+ Review expected services to be rendered by entities and individuals to determine if the services provided are for audit support through review of information and discussion with project sponsors
+ Develop timelines and reporting on management project status
+ Build consensus among system owners to create consistency of information among systems
+ Enforce quality documentation of procedures performed by team members and conclusions reached so that steps taken are easily understood and re-performable; function as a control operator with the system of quality control
+ Oversee reconciliations of disparate systems and processes; assist in maintaining a complete and accurate list of audit contractors
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of five years of recent auditing experience within a professional services firm
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in accounting; or college degree combined with prior internship or work experience
+ Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
+ Deep technical aptitude, analytical, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills; flexible and adaptable team player
+ Ability to work additional hours and travel as needed
+ U.S. citizenship is required
