Established in 1995, the Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS) pools the expertise of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute, as well as seven associate partner-, and more than 20 resource partner organizations. The Global Elections and Political Transitions (GEPT) mechanism is a five-year USAID Leader With Associates (LWA) award held by CEPPS.
Based in Washington, DC, The Junior Accountant will support the CEPPS Grants Manager with the day-to-day financial operations of CEPPS and its implementation of the GEPT LWA mechanism. Specifically, the Junior Accountant will support the Grant Manager and finance team in ensuring that CEPPS is meeting its financial obligations under the GEPT Leader Award, as well as any Associate Awards issued under the LWA.
