**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinating and implementing of the internal communication plan of the operation and technology sector through various communication channels while maintaining consistency regardless of the location and differences between individuals; **[internal communication]**
+ Coordinating of cooperation with the management in the field of building the culture of the sector focused on enhancing a friendly and safe workplace (spreading the cultural management culture, implementing simplifications so that the work environment is more effective); **[culture/friendly workplace]**
+ Preparing and monitoring management information including reporting and monitoring the status of the implementation of strategic, quality, financial and business goals of the sector; **[reporting, strategy & analyses]**
+ Coordinating administrative and office service management processes with ensuring proper support in the use of services by the Bank from services provided by external vendors; **[vendor management]**
+ Appropriately assessing risk, setting and executing controls, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards; **[risk&controls]**
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in an international company (500+ employees)
+ Business office, project management
+ Experience in managing team (directly and directly)
+ Experience in preparing and implementing management reports and metrics (KPI, management dashboards etc.)
+ Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, process mapping and process optimization techniques
+ Fluent Polish skills (C2/proficiency) and very good English skills (min. B2/upper-intermediate).
+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
+ University degree or equivalent experience.
